Systems Limited and NTDC took part in the kickoff meeting in Lahore

Systems Limited and the National Transmission Despatch Company (NTDC) held a kickoff meeting in Lahore to address business architecture and streamline project delivery. Systems Limited, alongside NTDC’s key principals and PwC consultants, suggested a viable roadmap for NTDC’s enterprise integration through automated solutions. 

Imran Khan, Head of Sales Central at Systems Limited, kicked off the meeting by highlighting business opportunities for optimizing NTDC’s inter-departmental processes. He further added how the e-Governance portal paired with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system can streamline workflows for NTDC. 

The project proposes consolidating internal operations to accelerate cross-organizational collaboration through Systems Limited’s application integration services. With a comprehensive workforce suite, NTDC employees can now connect, engage, inform, and interact better to meet long-term goals successfully.  

Muhammad Adnan Noor, AVP Portals and Mobility, Adeel Afghan, Principal Consultant Enterprise Application Operations, Usman Chaudary, Senior Business Development Executive, and Ali Raza Ahmed, Senior Consultant, from Systems Limited were also part of the kickoff meeting. 

Systems Limited proposed NTDC to implement the Collaboration and Content Management System and the Helpdesk Solution (SCSM, SCCM). The project plan also included ICT administration and implementation that will enable centralized user and rights management for enhanced security. 

Moving forward, executives from NTDC also took part in the meeting including Manzoor Ahmed, Managing Director along with his team comprising Bilal Sarwar, Project Director, Tariq Mahmood, Chief Information Officer, and Shazia Saleem, DM IT. 

Owing to the project roadmap, NTDC is set to embrace essential changes that will strengthen the organization’s technology backbone and enable quick resolution of routine, IT-related administration. Systems Limited, by centralizing document management and automating e-Governance, empowers NTDC to accelerate paperless information flow to leverage increased reliability and performance across the board.
