NdcTech welcomes its new batch of Management Trainees for the year 2022.

NdcTech, a subsidiary of Systems Limited greeted its impressive cohort of Management Trainees for 2022 and conducted an enriching onboarding session to kick-start their journey. 

The day commenced with an informative session led by our HR team, wherein the new team members were introduced to NdcTech's values and acquainted with various essential policies. 

To infuse excitement into the trainees' inaugural day, a series of engaging activities were meticulously organized. Commencing with ice-breaking sessions to facilitate batch camaraderie, the agenda further included diverse team-building exercises fostering mutual connections. The day culminated in a delightful team photoshoot, preserving the cherished memories forged during the event. 

Through NdcTech's Management Trainee program, we offer an opportunity for trainees to acquire international exposure by collaborating with global banks and financial institutions. Tailored to ensure a seamless entry into the corporate sphere, this program encompasses intensive classroom training and ongoing mentoring, facilitating a successful transition into the professional world.
